Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee. We understand that things come up, so the cancellation fee will be used toward your next appointment as a credit for the FIRST last-minute cancellation.
