CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee. We understand that things come up, so the cancellation fee will be used toward your next appointment as a credit for the FIRST last-minute cancellation. After that, the service fee will be charged and cannot be used as a credit. No Shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
